My Story
"My professional background and college studies were communications and public relations. I never started out to be a HR professional but after a series of traumatizing and painful work experiences, I sought out to change the employee perception of HR and to make a real difference in the lives of those I had the privilege to impact. The human in HR is often overlooked but my passion is to ensure that HR is accountable to the employees who trust it. Your employer plays a vital role in your well-being and Black Girl HR is your personal advocate!"
